At Cass Creations, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. However you must reschedule 48 hours in advance to keep your deposit active. If you must reschedule a second time or if it’s past the 48 hours your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required. No call no shows automatically lose their deposit and will be banned from booking again. Additionally there is a 0 refund policy. If there are any issues please reach out to Cass personally.
